He is currently an Automotive Compliance Executive and has 28 years of experience working in the Automotive Industry as a Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing Plant Manager, and Vehicle Safety Regulatory Manager. In his free time, he enjoys time with family, dogs and international travel.
Carole A. Wright-Cole
Carole is a Non-Profit Business Advisor, Fund Raising Manager, and Program Developer at SOW. She has 40+ years of experience in organizational development and nonprofit management. Currently, she is the President of Wright & Associates Inc., a consulting and training firm. Carol lives in Port Ludlow, WA where she spends most of her free time. She enjoys traveling, mindful cooking and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
Dawn Pittman Collins
Dawn is the Legal Advice Counsel, Program Evaluator and Financial Reviewer at SOW. She has 25 years of legal experience in business and product litigation. Dawn currently works as a managing counsel for a global automotive company. Dawn is an avid reader, enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and is highly involved with her church.
David J. Cole
David is the Educational Programs Consultant, Program Developer, and translator at SOW. He has been an educator for the last 45 years with a background in teaching international military students helicopter flight systems to business, government agencies, and high school students. Cole is a veteran of the U.S. Army where he served as a helicopter pilot in Central America.
In-Country Coordinator in Ecuador
Gabriel is the Spirit House Volunteer Program Manager, translator, and business advisor at SOW. Lazaro is Co-Founder of Inti Luz Properties, a Real Estate and Rentals Management Agency in Olon, Ecuador. Since 2015, she has been offering translation and facilitator services to ex-pats in the area. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their dog.
