In Ecuador, OVER 21 PERCENT OF THE POPULATION LIVES IN POVERTY according to United Nations data. Many rural communities have limited access to education, clean water, economic opportunities or health care. Often, nutritious food is not in plentiful supply.
Escaping poverty requires more resources than are currently available.
That’s where WE--ALL OF US, TOGETHER--can make a real difference.
Your donations will go directly to help to build brighter futures.
Our team members have become part of the local communities and work in partnership with leaders, educators and health providers to supplement existing programs working to ensure brighter futures.
We are proud to claim that since our inception just a few short years ago, our presence has made a measurable difference.
EVERY SINGLE ITEM that we received during the “Container for Ecuador” project will be placed in the home of a family, will support a school, or will be used in an ongoing project.
All donations send the message that the larger world has not forgotten the incredible people of Ecuador.
The catchphrase "re-use, re-cycle, re-purpose" has special meaning here in Ecuador. EVERYTHING is re-used, re-cycled and re-purposed to the point of no longer functioning at all.
WE CAN'T WAIT TO SHARE THE ITEMS WHEN THEY ARRIVE!
Angel can now cook nutritious meals for her family since receipt of her donated oven.
Thanks to your unwavering support, the container filled with essential supplies is packed, sealed and ready for the next step in the journey to Ecuador.
This shipment will directly contribute to our vital programs, including a Foodbank, Internship Program, Business Classes, and a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Initiative.
